With over 15 years of experience in medical and industrial equipment, technology, and automation.
Throughout my career, I have developed expertise in technical service, project management, and business development, combining analytical–technical thinking with strong business and marketing insight.
In my previous roles, I led complex projects from the specification and planning stage, through the sales process including budget alignment, and up to the final review to ensure full compliance with the defined plans.
I also gained experience in smart lighting and technology sales, combining professional service with sales processes that strengthened customer relationships.

I believe that the success of any project rests on three pillars: time, budget, and quality – but also on open and transparent communication between all stakeholders: developers, service engineers, sales teams, and end customers.
My focus is on identifying core challenges, developing innovative solutions, and translating them into tangible business value for the organization.
My goal is to leverage my experience to drive organizational success in any technological or business domain through project management, product development, and smart sales processes – even without direct employee management.
