Lighting Project for a Production Hall – Northern Factory

In this project, I led the entire process from defining requirements to final delivery. I began with a comprehensive assessment of the client’s needs and the specific lighting demands of the production hall, followed by the design of a tailored lighting solution. I prepared technical plans, a bill of quantities, detailed pricing, and an installation plan.
During the proposal stage, the offer was initially perceived as too expensive. Instead of compromising, I developed a detailed techno-economic report demonstrating how the energy-efficient lighting solution would generate savings over five years, effectively covering the entire project cost. This convinced the client to proceed.
In execution, I managed procurement, coordinated with the contractor, and resolved challenges in real time – including supply delays, equipment shortages, and wear issues. Finally, I verified that all lighting fixtures were installed as designed and that the light distribution met the required standards. The project concluded successfully with a final report, and the client expressed full satisfaction.
